Buon appartamento per soggiorni brevi
Pro: Lo stile rustico, il letto molto comodo. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort, anche la cucina ben accessoriata.
Contro: Tre piani di scale, da tenere presenti. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene. Gli infissi troppo vecchi, impossibilità di chiudere gli oscuranti

Pro: Host disponibile e gentile nel rispondere repentinamente alle nostre richieste. La struttura centralissima, curata nei dettagli, dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo veramente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno

Bellissima esperienza
Pro: L’appartamento dista circa 15 min a piedi dal centro, molto accogliente e spazioso il giusto per un gruppo di 4 persone. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono asciugamani, prodotti da bagno, asciugacapelli e wifi. Niccolò è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Grazie ancora!

Rustic experience in Florence
Pro: Good location, excellent access to local trattorias. Not far to walk to sites. Ability to make coffee or even cook was great!
Contro: Three flights of very narrow stairs. One and a half rolls of toilet paper was not enough for two people for five days.

Loved the apartment! Florence was teeming, very busy. Intoxicate by extraordinary art/ architecture!
Pro: Costanza, my host, was fantastic. Very helpful, dealt with any inquiries promptly and with good outcomes. Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood, near enough but just removed from the throng of the central tourist area. A cool oasis with a lovely breeze! Good nearby cafes and restaurants and the delightful Piazza Santo Spirito with the wonderful Loggia Roof Bar in the Palazzo Guadagni. A must do for a meal or a cocktail with sunset view!
Contro: It is potentially a little noisy at night, but one should expect that in summer in a very busy city.

An alternative side of Florence 🤩
Pro: The wonderful friendly welcome I received from the lovely young lady, Costanza (?!) She speaks English perfectly! The apartment is in Santo Spirito - an amazing location. 15 min walk to the city centre, downstairs you will find pizzerias, cafes, other eateries (nightlife/late night restaurants & bars open in Piazza S.Spirito) & a small local market in the piazza each morning. If you're there on a weekend, the entire piazza is transformed into a larger market of fruit & vegetables, crafts, vintage, local produce.. great way to spend your morning! I was on the top floor - no lift- only steep narrow stairs, so be prepared if you have lots of luggage! 😆 It is a sun-filled place with a large bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for a short stay! Grazie mille 🌤
Contro: I found the washing machine to be fairly old & very small! I was unable to open it infact. But there are at least 2 self-serve laundrettes nearby. Saturday nights can get very noisy from the street until early hours of the morning. There were a few mosquitos during the night which were annoying!

Great!
Pro: The staff was very nice and responsive. They accommodated our needs. The interior of the room was very nice and cute.
Contro: The only downside is that we had to climb several stairs to reach the apartment.

Beautiful apartment
Pro: Beautiful apartment with a great view down the street. Good location near restaurants, bars. Can be noisy because of this! Very friendly and helpful host. Good for our group of 4 (2 on sofa bed).
Contro: No air con!! Only a fan in bedroom and living room. Wouldn’t usually be a problem until you’re in a heat wave… Kitchen was a little small. 3 flights of stairs but not bad. No real big issues.
