Davvero notevole

Pro: Ho soggiornato in questa casa a fine marzo e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, gli spazi sono ben organizzati e funzionali. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Duomo di Santa Maria del Fiore, rendendo gli spostamenti estremamente comodi per visitare Firenze. L’agenzia che gestisce la casa è stata super disponibile e attenta, un vero punto a favore. Unica pecca: sarebbe stato utile un piccolo armadio nel piano inferiore per chi dorme sul divano letto, e la dotazione di carta igienica era un po’ scarsa. Inoltre, il punto di rilascio delle chiavi al check-out era chiuso e apriva solo alle 10:30, un orario decisamente scomodo per chi deve partire presto. Detto ciò, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e tornerei volentieri. Consigliato!

Appartamento accogliente vicino al centro

Pro: Ottima posizione. Aria condizionata presente. Tanti asciugamani, letti comodi e via tranquilla. Vicina alla stazione, ma anche al centro. Abbiamo alloggiato tre notti e abbiamo cucinato. La doccia è spaziosa, il bagno molto bello e c'erano gli shampoo e saponi mono uso. Siamo abbastanza soddisfatte nel complesso. Probabilmente se dovessimo ripianificare una vacanza a Firenze, penseremmo di tornare in questa casa.

Contro: Il gas ha fatto un po' di fatica ad accendersi, ma del resto tutto bene. Non possiamo lamentarci.

Pro: Curato, centralissimo, staff efficiente. Lenzuola candide, asciugamani abbondanti, bagno con tutto, mini saponi e phon vero!

Contro: La zona soggiorno (x noi anche camera perché abbiamo usato il divano letto) era molto umida. Basterebbe spostare lo split della pompa di calore più in basso.

Pro: I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The apartment was very tidy and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's Italian style truly captured the charm of Florence, with beautiful decor that added to the overall experience. Communication with the host was fantastic; they were responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, situated conveniently close to major attractions, yet it was away enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this apartment was a beautiful haven in the heart of Florence, and I would love to return!

Pro: Very cozy apartment. The most wonderful thing was the location of the apartment: in the city center, close to the main sights and at the same time quite quiet (although if someone passed by, you could hear everything, but almost no one passed)). Living in such a house you immediately feel a little Italian 😁.

Contro: Low ceilings, we were lucky that almost everyone was about 160 cm, but even we sometimes hit our heads. We had some problems with a shower, the water drained badly, but we asked the owners to check and fix it, so maybe it’s all right now. And also kitchen is really very small))

Pro: Close to historic center. Good facilities for cooking. Comfortable bed. Love antique wood furniture. Communication was good and not overwhelming.

Contro: Sleeping area ceiling a bit low with beams. Hit head multiple times. If possible would have liked to fill out travel document details and receive instructions at time of booking.

Contro: Manque de clarté et bruyant par la porte d’entrée

Pro: The property is charming and on the ground floor - street level. The beds were comfortable and the loft is lovely, although the ceiling height of the loft is given to be smaller than if there we no loft - but that is part of the experience.

Contro: The property is kinda far from the attractions but is walkable. The street outside is quiet but it is a long alley with one side walled. The kitchen is quite small but it is usable. You have to get the key near the Duomo but the property itself is a walk from it.

Prima verblijf in een prachtige stad!

Pro: Perfecte ligging aan de rand van het historische centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Lekker ruim appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijn dat er ook koffie was.

Contro: Ietwat gehorig in het apartementencomplex. Er was geen handdoek en theedoek voor in de keuken, hoe droog je je afwas dan af? Het bed was erg hard. De springveren staken er doorheen en één van de kussens was ontzettend dun. Percolator moest in een pannetje omdat de pitten te groot zijn om koffie te zetten.
