Pro: La casa è bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione super centrale. Assistenza da parte dello staff da dieci e lode. Ci torneró (e ci sono già stata più di una volta).
Contro: Due minuscole pecche: ultimo piano senza ascensore e le coperte nell’armadio non erano proprio pulitissime. Ma davvero sono due nei del tutto trascurabili a fronte dell’ottima permanenza

Fantastic stay, super comfy, clean and central!
Pro: We had an amazing time, and the gorgeous apartment was the perfect hideaway from the bustle of exploring Florence! We kept saying how nice it was as we spent time there - nothing we thought could be improved! The double balcony and the comfy beds were a treat. The location was perfect also, just a stones throw from the Duomo and so much more. On our arrival we were greeted by Marco, he gave us a quick but vital guide to Florence; where to enjoy the more authentic experiences and which tourist traps to avoid. This was a game changer! Thanks to Marco and his recommendations. We had our first Florentine steak at Il Vezzo on his suggestion, it was incredible and the best restaurant we visited. We quickly found that these recommendations were by far the most enjoyable so we stuck to his list and had a wonderful time! Grazie mille! 🇮🇹 Davey & Vicki

Італійська аура навколо, дуже раджу!
Pro: Потрясаючі апартаменти, раджу тут зупинятись)треба памятати тут останій поверх і поверхи дуже високі якщо складно підніматись треба мати на увазі це. В сучасному розрізі краще передавати ключи через кодовий бокс, не привязуючись до часу.
Contro: не працюючас пральна машина. Вона є але вона як декор на балконі) не виконує свої функції))

Pro: It's so close to everything. Easy check in. Top floor, so no loud neighbors above you. The apartment is huge! Ricordi Cafe just a few blocks away. They have great food and service.
Contro: The washing machine. I probably just didn't know how to use it correctly.

Pro: Izuzetno lep, moderan i prostran stan sa svim potrebnim sadržajima i lepim terasama. Veoma je blizu grada i sve se može obići pešice. Ponovo bih izabrala ovaj stan za odmor. Udobno mogu da se smeste i dva para prijatelja obzirom da ima dve spavaće sobe i dva kupatila. Uživala sam u ovom smeštaju.

Quiet and Peaceful
Pro: So close to everything in Firenze. Everything was in walking distance and there were so many good restaurants near by. It was quiet and peaceful.
Contro: Confusion with checking in due to floor numbers and the cleaning staff still being there. The beds weren’t very comfortable

Pro: La ubicacion muy buena, cerca del Duomo y frente a la parada del camion que viene de la central del tren Santa Maria Nuovella (17). El departamento se ve recien remodelado y se veia limpio. El apartamento es bastante amplio, con dos habitacines, dos baños y una sala de estar on sofa cama. Cada habitacion tiene un balcon hacia la calle. Habia toiletries en los dos baños. La cocina esta bien equipada, tiene un balcon con un lavadero pequeño, lavadora de ropa, y tendedero pequeño. Pudimos entrar facilmente al edificio y al apartamento. El anfitrion estuvo al pendiente y contestaba rapido. Ofrecio ayudarme a contactar a la oficina del transporte porque olvide una bolsa en un camion. Excelente servicio al cliente. El apartamento esta en el ultimo piso. No hay elevador, pero el anfitrion lo dice claramente en la descripcion.
Contro: La unica recomendacion para mejorar seria instalar mosquiteros en las ventanas para poder abrirlas ne la noche sin que entren mosquitos. De ahi en fuera, todo muy bien!
