Pro: Nice apartment, clean and cozy (good heating during winter). The host was attentive and kind. Beds were comfortable; the kitchen is fairly equipped. The street it is located in is not the best -- lots of bus traffic and a very narrow sidewalk. Even so, the location was great to walk around the city center. I'd definitely stay there again!

Pro: When we arrived, the flat was very clean and well-organized. We would receive instant responses from the host each time we needed guidance. The apartment was located near tourist attractions, and was easy to find.

Pro: The Courtyard Nest is in a fantastic location close to the heart of Florence. All attractions are easily accessible from the apartment and the wonderful restaurants that are on offer are minutes away. The apartment itself is very nice, quiet,and has everything you would need during a stay. I would recommend The Courtyard Nest. Many thanks to Erika for quick and clear correspondence too!

Great little base to explore the city

Pro: Wonderful little apartment just five minutes away from the city centre. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the birds. Perfect base for exploring.

Pro: Great location to easily access all tourist attractions, very comfy bed and quiet, private balcony . Communication with the company was prompt and friendly .

Contro: Sometimes the door could be temperamental despite putting the correct code in , it could take many attempts to gain access. I also agree with a previous review that a small coffee machine would be helpful. Don’t let the outside of the building put you off- it’s not the prettiest and inside is very different.

Pro: Alles tiptop! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Zentrum, und die Wohnung ist geräumig und praktisch.
