The perfect stay in a beautiful neighbourhood in Florence.

Pro: The property was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location.

Great apartment, but...

Pro: Lovely, quirky, spacious apartment. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations and information to make our stay comfortable. A little out of the centre but an easy 10 minute walk. Great for watching the sunset at Piazza Michelangelo.

Contro: The aircon was awful, not powerful enough and would turn itself off. Constantly needed to be drained, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night when the temperature is in the 30's. It's so difficult to get Taxis in Florence, so don't think you can rely on them to get you to train stations, etc in the same way you would in other cities. Staff in SOME local restaurants incredibly rude and obviously didn't want to serve tourists but this was more the exception than the rule.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. A great location close to the artisanal area of Florence.

Pro: Location is good, it is just across the river from the city centre, walking distance to all attractions. The street feels local, the unit itself sits within a block of apartments, all feel local and very quiet during the day and night. The apartment was very clean with enough amenities for our short stay. Even though the air conditioner was in the loft bedroom only, the downstairs kitchen, living and dining was mostly cool during the hot summer days. Good local restaurants, cafes and retail shops very close to the apartment.

Contro: As the air conditioner is a portable unit, it requires emptying every few hours, which means carrying the unit into the bathroom to get rid of the water.

Pro: The location was very good, easy to reach driving into Florence and with a lot of parking options near-by. Andrea was easily contactable and provided lots of useful info for our stay; including the best parking options along with suggested itineraries and restaurant tips. While Florence is a busy city - the apartment was very quiet. The kitchen was a good space but it needs a few more utensils. The bedroom space was a good size. The stairs could be tricky as the risers are quite deep and the treads are a little narrow. We are quite fit for our ages but needed to concentrate when walking up and down the stairs. The property description and photos clearly talk about the stairs so they weren't a surprise. It's just a call out.

Lovely clean stay in ideal location

Pro: Clean and quirky property. Perfect for a city break not too far a walk from the centre. Made great use of umbrella provided

Contro: No TV downstairs made the sofa area a little pointless

Pro: Amazing! Highly recommend! Host was brilliant! We will definitely be back! Andrea gave us some local knowledge and was on hand to help with any of our questions. Having cooking and washing facilities available was a bonus also

A great apartment for exploring Florence

Pro: Well-equipped with everything we needed including washing machine and air conditioning. Great location close to lovely restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk to the Uffizi. Modern but characterful decor.

Contro: We could just have done with a drying rack for clothes or some pegs for the clothes line.

The cherry on top of your Florence vacation

Pro: Everything was exceptional. The flat is recently renovated and furnished with all the necessary amenities. You can notice the attention to detail that definitely make your stay in Florence more special. Best location to explore the city and have at the same time a feeling of coziness surrounded by locals.

Contro: Unfortunately, the old building makes it easy to hear the sounds from neighbors but nothing too excessive. In the bedroom, there is no possibility of completely obscuring the light from outside. There are anyway thick curtains, and to resolve the host puts to use comfortable sleep masks.

Een ruim en licht, mooi gerenoveerd appartement, aanrader!

Pro: Het was een licht, ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen die je je kunt wensen en twee verdiepingen. Je kunt je er even terugtrekken van de drukke stad en er zijn vele fijne lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Het bed is heerlijk en de nachten rustig.

Contro: Het is jammer dat er geen uitzicht is.

Pro: Everything about this property was 10 star and in particular the wonderful host.
