Pro: Amazing property in an excellent location… 10 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio bridge Exceptionally clean with good facilities and extra large bed

Contro: There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property… A couple of steps, but we added them to our daily workout😁

Greatest. Host. Ever.

Pro: The owner is by far the best host we ever had. Incredibly friendly and helpful, he made everything in his power and then some more to make our stay memorable. The unit is lovely, tastefully designed and furnished, sitting on the Florence walls, a few minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the center.

San Niccolo is an amazing apartment with fantastic owner that knows what relationship are all about!

Pro: Tommaso the owner and wife Serena were by far the best hosts I have EVER experienced in any booking site anywhere in the world. The Apt is amazing amenities perfect but the extra communication we had with Tom was over the top. He helped us with tours, with restaurant reservations which were delicious and even made an extra effort to stop by to have coffee with us one morning! I would plan another trip to Florence just to see him and stay at the Apartment. Location was perfect walking ease to anywhere we wanted to go! This is a must destination for 2 or 4 people it was truly magical trip! Thank you Tommaso Grazie Mille. Your friends Deb & John from San Diego!!

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful garden.

Pro: The location was perfect with everything we needed close by. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and away for the crowed tourist areas. Tommaso was an exceptional host and quickly responded to any requests. He made sure that we had information about the area and that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Contro: The stairs to the apartment can be challenging but Tommaso was there to help us with our luggage.

Pro: Unser Vermieter Tommaso war sehr nett und sehr bemüht, um uns viele Tipps für Florenz zu geben. Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartement und auch der Garten waren genau so, dass der Besuch ein voller Erfolg war. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und durch die Vermittlung von Tommaso haben wir ein fußläufiges Parkhaus gefunden. Klasse. PS Die Betten waren nach unserem Empfinden wirklich super.

A Tuscany Dream.

Pro: The property is just amazing! The facilities are completed. Decoration is a must. And the garden… ah! The garden is like an oasis in the middle of the town. Location is very convenient. Tom is such a nice host that made us felt Florence even before a city tour. He loves the town and has a special care with the house. Thank you Tom for all!

Pro: L'appartement est génial, bien au dessus de ce à quoi l'on s'attendait. Juste exceptionnel. C'est très spacieux et tout est de grande qualité, très propre et soigné, avec beaucoup de gout dans la décoration. Nous ne nous attendions pas non plus à bénéficier d'un jardin extérieur aussi grand. Il est très bien aménagé et particulièrement calme et agréable après une journée à Florence. Beaucoup de détail sont très bien senti, aussi bien dans l'appartement que dans le jardin. Le quartier est agréable et bien situé. Tommaso nous a réservé le parking et aidé avec les bagages. Enfin, l'accueil et l'enthousiasme de Tommaso sont extraordinaires.

Contro: L'escalier Florentin en fin de journée
