Pro: Posizione strategica e appartamento piccolo ma accogliente

Firenze elegante come sempre , caotica negli anni ma le persone sempre accoglienti e gentili ! Sentirsi a casa

Pro: L accoglienza del ragazzo che ci ha accolto , la pulizia , il confort del letto matrimoniale , posizione strategica e in una zona molto bella .

Contro: Non riuscire ad accendere le piastre della cucina elettrica . Unica pecca . Ma risolto col negozio di alimentari sottostante . Per il caffè della mattina …

Had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again in future.

Pro: Very quiet and relaxing. Just a few minutes walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo for great views over the city. Lovely little grocery shop right next door with very friendly people. Everything in the property was clean and working fine.

Contro: Struggled with the induction hob - couldn’t find a manual and had to use google. Some of the pots and pans were not compatible but enough were. If you’re staying a week you need to be able to empty the trash before the end of your stay but there didn’t seem a way to do that. Couldn’t find a grater among the kitchen utensils!

really enjoyed my stay. felt very safe walking around at night. good spots to walk the dog

Pro: location was great. little shops/restaurants nearby. plenty of room for 2. dog was welcomed when asked for additional kitchen items they were delivered asap.

Contro: kitchen was very basically equipped rubbish needed to be dumped in public bins, so would benefit from having access to residential bins on street parking only which can be expensive but found good options after a couple of days. Welcome pack would be useful to explain things like rubbish and parking.

Good location, clean property

Pro: Location was great, close to great restaurants and cafes and away from the crowds in Florence so quiet. The apartment was clean and spacious, especially the bedroom. Bathroom a good size and shower had great water pressure

Contro: Unfortunately there was a small plumbing issue in the bathroom and the hand basin leaked on the floor. We advised management and they were going to look at it. Neighbours seem very close and you hear all their conversations especially early in the morning. It did not bother us but might bother some people.

Pro: The apartment is in a premium spot of Florence city center. Walking distance from Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo (this one is a bit steep walk!). The apartment itself was very nice, with a small terrace to enjoy open air. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and working fine. I traveled solo with my dog who also enjoyed the comfy and silent spot an the long walks on the quay.

Contro: The kitchen was not very well equipped, with no dishwasher nor washing machine. For cooking there's an electric hot plate and microwave. I however ate outside all the time in many of the good restaurant around the area. The last smaller issue is that the apartment is not very bright: not much natural lights filters in from the small internal terrace, and I can imagine in winter would be even worse.

Pro: Muy bien situado. Espacio amplio. La cama muy cómoda, el sofá cama mucho menos

Contro: Teniendo cocina y siendo un apartamento creo que debería haber un estropajo y paño para limpiar la mesa, aunque sea barato y se cambie cada vez que viene alguien nuevo.

Excelente

Pro: La limpieza y el trato fue excelente, tuvimos un problema con el vuelo y tras contarles, no pusieron todas la facilidades posibles! Excelente ubicación

Très bien, si on doit repasser par Florence, on reprendrait ce logement

Pro: L’emplacement est top, on peut tout faire à pieds, c’est vraiment un plus.

Florecía, bellísima

Pro: Amplio dpto y contaba con todo lo necesario para una familia con niños, todo funcionando ok.

Contro: Un poco alejado del centro (Duomo) pero a paso de la Piazzale Michelangelo, de donde puedes ver la ciudad desde lo alto.
