Pro: L'appuntamento è in una posizione super strategica che ti permette di essere jn centro appena dentro la ZTL, con possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina a pochi metri da li.

Pro: Location era ok molto silenzioso. . Letti e cuscini erano molto comodi, tranne piano sopra dove letto dovrebbe essere più basso. L'appartamento spazioso e molto pulito. Locali per il colazione quasi sotto casa. Troppo buoni
Contro: Mancava un fono! Il bidè scomodo da usare! (Poco spazio tra doccia e bidet). Assolutamente avvisare che le scale sono senza l'ascensore,.

Contro: The stairs are at a very steep angle, making it difficult to lift and then lower the bags. However, considering that it is an ancient house, we can consider it normal.

Contro: We were not aware of the many stairs up to the apartment, as it was on the 3rd floor Iron did not work. Could have done with a microwave oven Needed a few more towels as there were 3 people sharing

Contro: Lo único, por decir algo, es tener en cuenta que como en casi todos los edificios de Florencia central, hay que subir algunas escaleras pero nada horrible.

Pro: Da localização, a poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico e ao mesmo tempo longe da confusão. O apartamento fica mesmo ao lado da Piazzale Michelangelo
Contro: O quarto principal é um pouco quente no verão, merecia um ar condicionado, tem ventoinha no teto mas não é suficiente

Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a convenient location at the top of a steep set of stairs.
Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location across the river from the main tourist zone; a 15 -20 minute walk from the Uffizi gallery or the Duomo. There are several restaurants of various types within a 5 minute walk. The beds are comfortable and it has a good shower. The kitchen is generally well equipped (except for the lack of a coffee maker or mokapot, if one does not like instant coffee). The main bedroom was very spacious; the second sleeping space was a loft. We were a group of 4 adults and very much enjoyed our stay.
Contro: Not something that can be changed, just to make others aware: the apartment is at the top of 48 steep, narrow stairs that can be a problem for people with mobility problems or, possibly, small children. The sleeping loft might present problems for the same groups.

Pro: La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de Piazzale Michelangelo y del Ponte alle Grazie, con lo que se accede fácilmente al centro histórico. Todo accesible a pie si te gusta pasear. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas y, si bien el mobiliario en los alojamientos hosteleros y demás suele ser más antiguo en Italia que en España, la cocina estaba renovada y el baño funcionaba bien. Un apartamento bastante confortable y bien apañado.
Contro: Quizás eché de menos que no hubiera una tostadora o un microondas en la cocina, así como algún secador del pelo y/o enchufe en el baño para conectar la máquina de afeitar u otros aparatos más cómodamente. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Pro: Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Przestronny, 4 osoby mieszkają bardzo wygodnie. Łazienka i kuchnia. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Pozwolił nam zostać ostatniego dnia dłużej, po sprawdzeniu, że w tym dniu nie ma nowych gości. A to nieczęste. Naprawdę godny polecenia.
Contro: Jedyna wada to strome i wąskie schody na drugie piętro. To jednak nie wina właścicieli. Tak już jest. A więc dla osób starszych nie polecam - ciężko wnieść i znieść walizkę. Ale jak ktoś nie ma z tym problemu to nie jest to wada.
