Davvero bello e rilassante
Pro: La struttura è davvero bella, accogliente, moderna e ben riscaldata, con due camera da letto (letti comodi) e due bagni, di cui uno in camera. La posizione è vicina ai principali punti della città, all’interno di un vicolo tranquillo, e a diverse attività; nei pressi del palazzo, c’è un ristorante tipico di Firenze ed una panetteria fantastici, oltre a mini market. C’è sempre stata comunicazione con l’host, che ha saputo soddisfare le nostre richieste, tra cui quella di anticipare il check in e di farci trovare l’appartamento caldo. Inoltre, la struttura ha in convenzione un parcheggio controllato, a 20€ al giorno, contro i 30/35€ giornalieri richiesti negli altri car parking
Contro: Purtroppo (non incolpo la struttura) Firenze anche a dicembre, nostro periodo di soggiorno, è assaltata da zanzare e pappataci.. aggiungerei delle zanzariere.. fornirei, inoltre, ai guest un miglior servizio di elettrodomestici per la pulizia (l’aspirapolvere non era utilizzabile al meglio)

Pro: La posizione è fantastica, molto vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche e anche a Piazza Michelangelo (se non sbaglio) da cui si ha una fantastica vista di Firenze sia di giorno che di notte. Vicino a ristoranti e mercati. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile, con un'ottima accoglienza. L'appartamento è ben curato e molto pulito, con camere con aria condizionata, letti comodissimi. Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.

Pro: I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation in Florence. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions such as the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great advantage during the warm summer days. The host was professional, welcoming, and attentive, which contributed to an overall positive experience. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Florence and would gladly return on a future trip.

We really like the neighborhood! and having two bathrooms..The communication with staff was very good
Pro: LOVED the air conditioning! And mattresses and pillows were good. It was clean and quiet. Supplies were minimal. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Good wifi.
Contro: Very minimal paper supplies. Very few towels.

Great location, modern house, parking provided-nicely done.
Pro: Very convenient location, a stone's throw away from the city centre in a lovely neighbourhood. A spacious and comfortable house in good condition. 3 separate bedrooms. Superb for families or groups of 3+.
Contro: A little noise from the trendy street but more so from the neighbours upstairs. Minor issue. Parking is charged and somewhat far and complex, still it is a great convenience to have it in a city like Florence

Pro: The location was excellent. A couple of restaurants and bars within 50 metres. Opposite the apartment was a bakery that opens up at 7am providing fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. A few flights of stairs to the property as no lift but that was no problem for us. The host was really lovely and met us there providing us with valuable information about places to visit / eat etc. We flew into Pisa and took some photos where we then caught the train into Florence. We then got a taxi/ Uber to the apartment. The apartment benefits from two shower rooms - one of which is an en-suite. The front bedroom does experience a little noise in the morning from morning traffic and businesses opening up but we were up and about early so was no problem. If we came back to Florence we would stay there again. Thankyou
Contro: The only negative is that there wasn’t a toaster or ironing board which I have provided feedback to the proprietors.

Fantastic location with great restaurants nearby.
Pro: Modern. Had everything you needed for a week away. We found the best restaurants in this residential area. Sightseeing within walking distance.
Contro: Was there a smoke detector?!
