Great apartment

Pro: Fantastic location, easy walking distance to the main sites. Great resteraunts around. Good communication with the hosts and a very helpful Giovanni in sorting out early morning taxi.

Pro: A wonderful place in perfect location. It was comfy and well equipped, kitchen was small but functional. We didn't use the cooker (too many lovely restaurants!) or washing machine or dishwasher but it was all there. I'd highly recommend staying here. 2 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palazzo or Santo Spirito. Huge, cool rooms in height of summer. Can't wait to visit again!

Contro: There's only one bathroom

Pro: All really lovely and good location. Shower fabulous. Decor and space is great. The sofas however are awful!!! Would suggest getting two second hand ones asap!! The single beds are a little bit rough too. More like childs beds. But just to repeat - it’s lovely location and lovely flat overall.

Pro: Great location. Space of house and courtyard despite inner city locale. Appreciated design of house.

Contro: Electrical plugs strange and unpredictable.

Pro: Location is very good. Walking distance yo all tourists sites but very quiet once inside the property. Very responsive hosts. Clean property with very good amenities.

Contro: The mattresses gor the single beds were too soft. Better suited for children. The double bed mattress was excellent.

Pro: Excellent location, close to all tourist attractions Character of the building, large bedrooms.

Contro: Suggestions for improvements: Overall upgrade of the inside furniture, bedding and small appliances (like coffee machine) to ensure better comfort.

Pro: Sonia met us at the property and gave us a very helpful tour. They had a notebook of important information, which was very helpful. The location is wonderful, in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from the Ponte Vecchio but private and quiet at night.

Zentral mit Charme

Pro: Die Lage ist wirklich super und sehr zentral. Wer die alten florenzinischen gemäuer mag, wird sich dort wohlfühlen. Waschmaschine und bügelmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch gerne Tips gegeben haben.

Contro: Für die Geräte werden Adapter benötigt, sollte man wissen, in der Unterkunft sind welche vorhanden, für ältere Geräte jedoch nicht kompatibel. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in einer Seitenstraße die stark von Mofas befahren und beparkt wird. Es ist also für Menschen doe Ruhe gewöhnt sind eine Herausforderung aber auch typisch italienisch. Ohropax jedoch empfehlenswert.

Wonderful apartment steps from the Ponte Vecchio

Pro: Its an amazing place in a historic centuries old building. We were concerned about no AC but it was perfectly cool inside due to the thick walls. Excellent location right next to the Ponte Vecchio.

Contro: The power went out once but we were able to reset the breaker.

lovely Apartments in the heart of Florence.

Pro: The location of this property was perfect. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and anything else you would need just outside your door.  the building was quite charming, and the courtyard was a nice added bonus. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were willing to help with anything that we needed. If I'm ever in Florence again, I would definitely rent this apartment.
