Pro: Très bon emplacement pour nous, à proximité de notre famille ; jolie décoration, assez vaste espace Les mises à disposition de parapluies, vaisselle, plat et minimum alimentaire (sel, poivre, huile, thé, café..!)

Contro: Le piratage de booking avec énormément de fake mails L’impossibilité de laisser la valise dans l’appartement quand l’avion est dans l’après-midi

Pro: 房间古朴，典雅。整洁，很安静，设施齐全。因为我们自驾游，对限行区规则不了解，房东很热心的帮助我们安排了性价比高的停车场。每天都可以走过老桥领略风景。就是距主要景观区域徒步略微有点远。

Contro: 1、如果有微波炉就更好啦 2、洗衣机需要清洗干净一些。

Haben uns trotz kleinerer Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pro: Lage war sehr gut, nicht zu zentral, aber alles gut erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir konnten viel früher in die Wohnung als angegeben, das war toll. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr gut.

Contro: Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten wären gut. Die Lage im Erdgeschoß direkt an der Strasse führt dazu, dass die Wohnung gerade in den Schlafzimmern laut ist.

Pro: Les fleurs posées dans des vases un peu partout 🙂 les quelques ingrédients disponibles dans la cuisine ; sel poivre huile vinaigre thé café … tisanes !

Contro: Juste un peu froid la nuit … J’ai trouvé que le chauffage était réglé un peu bas 17º

Pro: Apartamento muy bien equipado, personal agradable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Aunque esta un poco alejado del centro turístico el barrio donde se encuentra el apartamento es espectacular, lugar de residencia de los verdaderos florentinos y lleno de buenos restaurantes, bares de copas y tiendas de artistas. Muy recomendable

Near the best of Florence, but in a calm walkable area

Pro: Rooms are big, and beds are comfortable. We liked that we had access to a shared patio, and we were even able to socialize with neighbors, who were all very friendly. The area around the apartment is calm and silent, so we could enjoy a restful time when in the apartment, away from the crowded touristic areas. But still, we were reasonably close to the best of Florence if we wanted to go out.

Contro: The air conditioning is a bit not enough. There's only air conditioning in the main living-room area, so the bedrooms (which is where air conditioning is most needed) are not comfortable enough in this regard. They do have fans in the bedrooms, but it's not the same. Especially in the middle of August.
